We meet for an initial no-cost, no-obligation Q&A consultation either in person or over the phone.


We agree on the specifications of the project, set the terms and establish a timeline. (Please note: as all jobs are different, quotes will be made after the consultation. Most jobs are priced by the project, though longer ones that require travel or on-site work may require an hourly rate and/or expense compensation. In addition, one third must be paid up front, while the remainder will be paid at negotiable intervals.)

We sign a simple agreement that outlines responsibilities, timelines and investment so both parties agree before work begins to avoid any delays or disputes along the way. (Please note: all contracts will state exactly what tasks are to be preformed and specific milestones or deadlines for completion. If the work is confidential in nature, a confidentiality and/or non-disclosure agreement can be part of the contractual agreement.)


You provide anything you think I'll need to get started. 


I do the work and stick to the timeline agreed upon in the contract.


If necessary, I send the project back to you for feedback.


If necessary, you review and send me changes to complete the project, repeating until the project is finished to your exact specifications. (Please note: up to two revisions for copy will be included in the contracted agreement. Additional revisions and all additional services are subject to negotiation.)


At the end, meeting and exceeding your expectations is my goal, so you will work with me again or recommend my public relations and freelancing services to others you know.
